Pasta with Tuna and Capers Recipe
simple and easy
So incredibly simple and easy to make. Boil water, cook the pasta, heat the oil and capers, add the pasta to the pan, toss to coat, and crumble the tuna on top. Perfect when it's just you and a good book, or at a table for two.
directions:
#1: Boil water and add the pasta, cook al dente.
#2: Heat the oil and capers in a small frying pan.
#3: When the pasta is done, add to the pan and toss. Add a little more oil if needed.
#4: Crumble tuna on top - mangiate!
Serves 1 or 2
