Pasta with Tuna and Capers Recipe

simple and easy

So incredibly simple and easy to make. Boil water, cook the pasta, heat the oil and capers, add the pasta to the pan and crumble the tuna on top. Perfect when it's just you and a good book. Or a table of two.

Pasta, Tuna and Capers Recipe
Good quality bronze-drawn dried pasta (cooked - enough for one)
Estate Bottled EV Olive Oil  
Salted Capers (rinsed) - about a teaspoon
Your favorite European or domestic canned Tuna 1/2-1 can - depending on the size of the can


#1: Boil water and add the pasta, cook al dente.

#2: Heat the oil and capers in a small frying pan.

#3: Add the pasta when done to the pan and toss. Add a little more oil if needed.

#4: Crumble tuna on top - mangiamo!

So simple
I had to read it twice to make sure it was as easy as it sounded. This is so good, so simple and clean up is as easy as prep and execution. I added a squeeze of fresh lemon, and a dash of ground bacon. Delish!
