The Tasmanian Honey Company was founded by Julian Wolfhegen in 1980. A consummate environmentalist and a lover of Tasmania, Julian was in search of a more meaningful path - one that was both ecologically and philosophically sustainable. Honey was the answer - one of natures most natural products.
