Sirene Chocolate - Victoria, BC, CANADA

Based in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island, just north of our homebase in Seattle, WA, Taylor Kennedy launched Sirene Chocolate in 2013. A professional wildlife photographer and artist by trade, Sirene Chocolate started in Taylor's beautiful backyard workshop surrounded by local coastal rainforest flora and fauna, to which he pays homage in both his flavor combinations (see his Coastal Rainforest Bar), and on his packaging by featuring watercolors by local artist Aimee Van Drimmelen.
