Formerly called G. Cova & Co - Now BreraMilano

Est in 1930 in Milan, Italy - when G Cova & Co split their retail (pastry shops) and wholesale (panettone) divisions, the wholesale division (which is who we buy from) changed their name to Breramilano.  The designs and recipes of Italian Panettone Cake remain the same, but they are now, technically, two different companies.
