Qantu Cacao et Chocolat - Montreal, CANADA
Founded in 2016 by Elfi and Maxime, who had met by chance two years earlier while both were traveling in Cuzco, Peru. Their shared facination of the cacao bean lead to a chocolate adventure that culminated in an award-winning chocolate company call Qantu (pronounced Kwan-two). Based in Montreal, Qantu has so many award-winning single origin and inclusion bars to choose from, it was hard to decide. In fact, maybe we won't decide ... Watch for an ever changing list of bars!
