We love nuts. Really! We pretend to carry these for baking, cooking and stuff. The reality is all of these are perfect for eating out-of-hand. From the almond paste to the skin on Marconas. Once we figured that out, we latched on to Fastachi's Cranberry Nut Mix. It is meant to eat right out of the bag. (though it makes for a killer cookie!)

You have a knack for writing and should consider writing books, and or team up with David Leibovitz (old pastry chef at Chez Panisse…who now lives in Paris)….he has a wonderful news letter also.  I always take my time reading both of your newsletter ( yours and his)  as there is so much care put into them.
