1 15oz can cannellini beans
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons Miso
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried sage or 1 teaspoon minced fresh sage
Ground black pepper to taste
Pinch Paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
This is a simple, tasty and healthy dip that’s delicious with crackers and crudites.
I like the balance of flavors, but adding more lemon juice and/or olive oil is always an option!
1. Process all ingredients (other than olive oil) in a food processor.
2. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil and continue to process until smooth.
3. Garnish with fresh sage or with a drizzle of olive oil.
