Tomato Chicken Avocado Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices of bread 

3 ounces of grilled chicken - make slices thin - or salmon or tofu

2 thin red onion slices 

2 yellow tomato slices - cut thick

3 avocado slices

lettuce leaves torn to cover - romaine or iceburg - spinach works as well

Tomato Onion Avocado Sandwich


This is a super simple basic recipe. Easy to make it your own by substitution or additions!

1. Toast the bread lightly. Let cool

2. Optional - lightly butter both pieces of bread

3. Place sliced chicken on bottom piece of bread

4. Add slice of red onion

5. Add tomato

6. Add Avocado

7. Add Lettuce

8. Spread chili paste on top piece of bread
