Sudachi Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe


2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoons Sudachi syrup

1/2 teaspoon zest of citrus - orange, lime or lemon

3/4 tablespoon minced shallot

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1/2 teaspoon fine salt

1 tablespoon honey

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 teaspoon sesame oil


Sudachi Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe

1. Place all the ingredients except the olive oil in a jar that has a cover and shake vigorously.

2. Slowly drizzle half of the oil into the jar and shake.

3. Add the remaining olive oil and shake to mix thoroughly.

Storable in the refrigerator for up to one week.
