This is a single origin milk chocolate bar - made from Ecuadorian cacao beans), created with caramalized milk and sugar mixed with the ground cacao beans while the cocolate is being made. The result is an ultra-creamy caramel chocolate.
Being an extra creamy milk chocolate, the bar melts quickly, and has notes of not just caramel, but malt, vanilla ice cream and butterscotch pudding. The sprinking of sea salt (the "twinkle") from Canada's Newfoundland Salt Company balances the sweetness of the chocolate perfectly.
