Grown using sustainable farming methods with carefully selected seeds. Once picked, the maranello corn is stone ground into a fine flour - perfect for making polenta. A combination of ancient grains, modern cultivation and traditional production methods equals a beautiful and delicious product.
Perfect for polenta, but also perfect for making corn biscuits, corn bread, and a soft and flavorful bed for meats and game.
