Easy Hand Sized Jam Pies Recipe


1 package Pillsbury Pie Crusts - 2 rolls 

your favorite jams, marmalades 

butter, melted - about 6 tbsp 

cane sugar for dusting 


Easy Hand Sized Jam Pies
Using pie dough from the store and your favorite jam(s) makes this simple and easy.


#1: Pre-heat oven on to 375ºF

#2: Roll out the pre-made pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.

#3: Cut out circular shapes or using a cooking cutter for shape. You need an even number of shapes or circles.

#4: Place half the crust shapes on a cookie sheet on parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

#5: Brush melted butter on bottom crust and then add jam. Not to much as you don't want it to expand over the edges, a small spoonful is about right.

#6: Place the matching top crust shape on top. Press the dough down on the edges to seal and crimp with a fork.

#7: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

#8: Bake until golden brown - about 20 to 25 minutes
