Carloforte Tonnare produces the handmade bluefin tuna tarantello in oil by hand. The Bluefin Tuna is fished in the Sardinian areas of Carloforte, Portoscuso and Porto Paglia. Tuna Tarantello is made using the loins of the tuna. 

Fished in compliance with sustainable catch quotas to conserve resources and certified by iccat, U.E. ED ECOCREST
