For two generations, A&J Meats has hand-selected the finest naturally raised meats to sell to loyal local customers in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Now, we're working with Rick, Master Butcher and owner of A&J Meats, to get you some of the finest gourmet prepared meats available anywhere.

Take a look below for some of Rick's and our favorites, like his first-rate smoked bone-in ham (as seen in Wine Spectator Nov. 2007), smoked organic turkey (written up in The New York Times by Marian Burros), applewood-smoked whole pastrami, smoked duck breasts and, of course, Rick's famous Maui ribs . . . and now, Berkshire smoked bacon too!

If you're ordering for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter or Fourth of July, order early! Rick runs a small operation - great quality, but limited quantities. Also, please be sure to read product descriptions carefully for shipping details and order lead-time.
