Catalonian cuisine is like the best combination of the Spanish abundance, the unique Catalan geography, the 100s of years of sorted cultural and food history, and the feisty and authentic spirit of the Catalonian people.

Chef Pam has tested her way through Daniel Olivella and Caroline Wright's cookbook, CATALAN FOOD, and select a some delicious recipes to share with you in class. It was hard to choose which recipes to make, because there are so many yummy recipes to choose from! Come watch Chef Pam do her cooking magic, and then enjoy eating what she makes.

Recipes include: Mussels Escabeche with crudites and aioli, Penedes Salad with romesco, salted cod and bonito tuna, Peas with butter beans, spring onions and mint, Seared Pork Tenderloin with Chorizo migas, and Dark Chocolate Ice Cream with chocolate-covered marcona almonds.

You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation.
