Roasted Red Potatoes & Garlic Cloves Recipe


3 pounds small red potatoes - quartered

1/3 cup Olive Oil

1 head Hardneck Garlic

fine sea salt


Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Wash, dry and quarter potatoes.

3. Peel garlic cloves.

4. Toss potatoes and garlic in olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

5. Roast potatoes and garlic cloves on baking sheets and roast for about 1 hour - turning once or twice during the hour.

Potatoes should be brown and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
