Walnut Oil Vinaigrette Recipe


1 1/2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

Two shallots, finely diced

Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

6 tablespoons walnut oil


Walnut Oil Vinaigrette Recipe

1. Put the vinegar, shallots and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.

2. Stir in the mustard

3. Add the oil and whisk well until the dressing is thick and smooth.

4. Season with pepper taste and adjust the amount of vinegar or oil if needed.
