Three Continents Marinade Recipe


2 breasts, 5 legs or a nice steak

Mix in a big bowl. 


1/2 cup Chermoula 

1/4 cup Mustard 

1 tablespoon Triple Crunch Mustard 

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 

2 tablespoons sesame oil 

2 tablespoons Chili Pepper Honey 

4 teaspoons black sesame seeds 

4 teaspoons white sesame seed 

1/3 cup Lemon Olive Oil

simple and easy


#1: Mix the ingredients one at a time, in the order listed, using a fork or wooden spoon, starting with the chermoula.

#2: Reserve a cup of the marinade for finishing.

#3: Add the chicken pieces one at a time, starting with the legs, toss and turn.

#4: Place on the grates to "grill". Cook until temperatures are reached. 165º. Turn once or twice as you desire about 15 to 20 minutes. Total cooking time is typically 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the chicken.

#5: Spoon reserved marinade over the pieces before serving.
