200 grams Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
20 to 30 grams Harissa - 1 to 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon Yuzu Syrup or other citrus juice
This homemade spicy harissa mayo recipe is amazing with fresh veggies for a new spin on the classic vegetable tray, or a good way to add heat to healthy sweet potato fries.
Directions:
1. Mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl
2. Let set in fridge for a few hours to let flavors meld.
