1/4 cup honey2 teaspoons freshly ground peppercorns1 teaspoon fine sea salt1/4 teaspoon ground allspice230 grams of nuts of your choice (8 0z)2 tablespoons sugar (coconut sugar, light muscovado works too)

Preheat oven to 350˚F
1. Stir together honey, pepper, salt, and allspice in a large bowl
2. Add your nuts, toss and coat completely
3. Spread the mixture of nuts in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with sugar
4. Bake in the middle of oven for 10 minutes - stir - and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes
5. Transfer to a sheet of wax paper to cool and quickly separate nuts with 2 forks while still warm
Serve at room temperature
