Mint Yuzu-Nade Drink Recipe

Ingredients

400 grams ice - about 2 cups crushed

30 to 40 fresh mint leaves

2 cups water

3 tablespoons cup mint honey - more or less

1/2 cup Yuzu no Megumi - or yuzu juice



Directions

Mint Yuzu-Nade Drink Recipe (Think lemonade with Mint and Yuzu and crushed ice)


1. Put the ice, mint leaves, water, honey and Yuzu no Megumi into a blender.

2. Blend on low and then on high, thoroughly blending until almost frothy.

3. Pour into glasses immediatly, or reblend just before serving.
