These were very tender butter beans. They had good flavor. I used them in a recipe, straight from the can (with a quick rinse). Mixed with a can of Ortiz ventresca tuna and some sherry vinegar and a few herbs for a delicious and quick lunch/dinner. Ate it with some sourdough toast. These beans were a perfect and filling meal. Worth the price! I like to keep a couple of cans of these stocked in my pantry at all times.
