Red Grape and Cranberry Relish Recipe


1/2 pound red grapes - stems removed (about 2 cups)

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup verjus

1/4 cup orange juice

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

This recipe is so easy, and a perfect compliment to your holiday turkey.


1. Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
