Hazelnut Creme Fudge Recipe

This easy to prep and then wait to become fudge is a gosh darn good simple treat. But be forewarned it will use up most of the jar of Nocciolatta. Using a grocery store version is much more economical, especially if you are sharing!

Directions:

1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with foil

2. Melt the light and dark chocolate seperately in a double-boiler or microwave - do not overheat

3. Using a large spoon add the white, dark and hazelnut creme into the pan. It is art so make patterns that makes you happy. No worries on the being even in the adding. (unless that makes you happy)

4.  Take a sharp paring knife and swirl the mix into a gentle patterns mimicking a gentle wind. To much mixing (like a storm) will create a muddy look.

4b. Top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

5. Refrigerate  for at least 3 hours. Lift out of the pan and cut into small pieces so it will seem like you are eating less calories.
