Finally was able to try and make CASTAGNACCIO PUGLIESE (chestnut four cake). My Italian husband who is a big fan of chestnuts was extremely satisfied with the flavor. Great option for gluten free deserts. Very rich texture and flavor.

Great tasting floir. No after taste or heaviness when used in regular recipes.
