oilve oil for drizzling and brushing
3 1/2 cups chestnut flour
1 cup milk 1 1/2 cups cold water
1/4 cupe caster sugar3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons pine nuts
rosemary needles from 1 sprig
1. Preheat up the oven to 350°F2. Brush with olive oil a pie pan or similar that is 3/4 inches deep 3. Sift the flour into a bowl and then gradually whisk in the milk and 1 1/2 cups cold water until thoroughly combined but not runny4. Stir in the sugar, a pinch of salt and the 3 tablespoons of oil5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan6. Sprinkle with the pinenuts and the rosemary and drizzle with a little olive oil.7. Bake for about 40 minutes Let cool before serving
