Camelina Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

A high omega-3 version of a traditional vinaigrette recipe. Easy to make and store in a jar in the fridge.

1/2 cup Raspberry Vinegar - or your favorite Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup true Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Camelina Oil
1 tablespoons Demerera Sugar
1 tablespoon Fallot Dijon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon fresh tarragon - chopped
1/2 teaspoon Noirmoutier Fine Gray Sea Salt

Measure all ingredients into a glass jar or small bowl. Shake to combine or whisk together.

Makes 3 cups
