2 sticks butter - room temperature
1 lb creamy-style Peanut Butter
1-1/2 pounds xxx sugar (about 6 cups)
12 oz bag of chocolate chips
1/3 to 1/2 box of (food-grade!) paraffin wax
These are delicious!
directions:
1. Mix peanut butter, butter and sugar together by hand
2. Roll dough into balls
3. Melt wax and chocolate chips together in double boiler. 4. Dip peanut butter balls halfway, and allow to dry (harden) on wax paper in refigerator.
