Bowtie Goat Cheese and Parmigiano-Reggiano Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound of Bowtie Pasta

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves minced / crushed garlic

1/2 cup cream 

4 oz goat cheese

1/4 cup of parmigiano-reggiano

salt and pepper to taste

fresh basil to garnish

Sometimes a simple creamy pasta on the shapely Bowtie pasta is all you need. Like getting dressed up without having to go out.

Directions:

1. Cook the pasta for the time reccomeneded.

2. While the pasta is cooking melt the butter with the garlic in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute.

3. Add the cream and the goat cheese in pieces and stir together. 

4. Add the parmigiano-reggiano and stir until all melted and melded together.

5.  Remove from the heat and salt and pepper to taste

6. Drain and add pasta to pan and gently turn to coat the pasta.
