If you have a sweet tooth, this torrone (nougat) is for you! Highest quality hazelnuts from Piemonte; soft, chewy nougat made with high-quality eggs and honey; formed in a traditional manner going back 150 years or more.
If you like a sweeter type of tort or, there is none better than this one from Antica Torroneria Piemontese.
But if, like us, you like it a little less sweet, you should cross the border from Piemonte to Provence and try the French version of the same thing, especially the nougat of Montélinar. (slight nudge to ChefShop).
