Pre-heat oven to 325F1. Add sugar, add peanut butter, and egg to a bowl and mix to fully incorporate the egg.2. Using 2 large spoons to make balls of cookie dough parchment paper on a sheet pan.3. Sprinkle a few grains of flake sea salt over the top of each cookie.4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Shorter is softer and longer is crispier. Let cool somewhat before consuming You can cut the recipe in half and it works just fine. I like the cookies so much I doubled the original recipe.Add candied fruit in small cubes if you wish
