Waldorf-esque Salad with Walnut Oil Recipe

Ingredients

2 spring onions - diced

1 small bulb fennel - diced


1 apple - cored and sliced thinly 


2 tablespoon walnut oil 


1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


1 tsp each salt and sugar

Waldorf-esque Salad with Walnut Oil Recipe
A fresh twist on a traditional homemade Waldorf Salad recipe. And a great way to enjoy a healthy does of lightly toasted or raw black walnut oil.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Let rest at room temperature 10-15 minutes before serving so flavors can blend.

Serves 2-4.
