The Best Bar Nuts Recipe


115 grams of cashews, unsalted peanuts, walnuts, pecans

90 grams brazil nuts, hazelnuts,

2 tablespoons chopped rosemary

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper - ground

2 teaspoons muscovado sugar 

2 teaspoons sea salt fine

1 tablespoon melted butter


The Best Bar Nut recipe! 

Based on Danny Meyer's Union Square Cafe Bar nut recipe. If your are in NYC have dinner there!

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Add all the nuts to a big bowl and toss to mix

3. Spread out on sheet pan and toast in the oven to golden brown, around 10 minutes

4. Meanwhile combine the rosemarym cayenne, muscovado sugar, salt and butter

5. Add the hot nuts to the bowl and toss to coat - serve hot

they save wonderfully and can be eaten over a couple days.
