Scallion Pancake Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

45 mL light soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
30 mL rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3 mL of water  - 2 tablespoons
5 mL roasted sesame oil  - 1 teaspoon
12 g sugar - 1 tablespoon
One scallion thinly sliced
10 g fresh ginger minced - 2 teaspoons
