1/3 cup mayonnaise


Ham and Pea Pasta Salad


1. In a bowl large enough to hold all the pasta together with the mayonnaise, parsley, sour cream, chives, mint, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and grind of pepper 

2.  Cook the pasta in water as salty as the sea to the directions on the package - or until al dente.

3. Add the frozen peas to the pasta water about three minutes before the pasta is done.

4. Drain the pasta and peas and rinse under cold water to cool.

5. Add peas and pasta to the mayonnaise mix.

6. Add the ham to the bowl to combine.

Salt and pepper to taste. This pasta salad is served best immediately.
