Grilled Chicken Wings Marinade Recipe


1 tablespoon Sherry Vinegar

1 teaspoon tellicherry peppercorns ground

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons fish sauce

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons granulated garlic

1 to 2 dried chili peppers sliced in to small pieces

2 pounds chicken wings

1. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and whisk together. Be sure to incorporate the sugar fully.

2. add the chicken wings and coat completely

3. Cover and let marinate at least 6 hours or longer in the refridgerator

4. Heat your grill to hot

5. Oil the grates if you want

6. Pat the wings dry and grill over the indirect heat, about 8 minutes on one side, 6 on the second side

7. Move to the direct heat and cook both sides until crispy
