Ingredients

1 pound cheese pieces

4 garlic cloves

1/2 cup dry white wine

Tellicherry peppercorns

Directions:

1. Put the garlic cloves in the food processor and start the proccessor.

2. Add the cheese pieces

3. Add the dry white wine, and a generous grinding of black pepper.

4. Process the mixture for 30 seconds until it is creamy but not too soft.

5. Taste and add salt if needed

It is ready to use.  Add on top of soup, with pasta or spread on toast. Or on bread and broil. You can freeze it in portions for later.
