Naturally dried salami made with pork (raised with no antibiotics, no added hormones, and 100% vegan feed), wild fennel and Calabrian pepper. Insprired by the region of Calabria in southern Italy, where the locals like their sweet and hot Calabrian peppers. If you like spice, this is the salame for you!

This dry salame has been hand-tied and mold-ripened in a natural hog casing.  The beneficial mold may be visible on the surface of the salame upon opening.  But not to worry!  Just slice, remove natural casing and eat!

How to store: keep salame cool and always store using beathable wrapping, such as the paper it comes with, butcher paper or cheescloth.

Ingredients: pork, contains 2% of less of sea salt, Calabrian red pepper, wine, celery powder, dextrose, wild fennel seed, pepper, garlic, red chili flakes, lactic acid, starter culture. (In other words, no junk!)
