COOKBOOK: Yotem Ottolenghi - "Jerusalem - a Cookbook"

Absolutely one of my favorites.  You almost can't go wrong making something out of this book.  Yotem does something essential in very fine cooking -- he focuses on flavors. Both intesity and balance. He has a knack for combining flavors that both make your tougue dance, and match with eachother.  And then also thinks about how a dish will look -- focusing on bright colors and vibrant combinations.
