An 70% bar made from cacao beans originating from the Fazenda Vale Potumuju single estate in Bahia, Brazil. The farm is managed by Tuta and Juliana Aquino, who took over the farm from their family. Arcelie has been wanting to work with their high-quality Trinitario beans for a long time. This bar is her new 70% Vale Potumuju, adding a distinct flavor to MISSION's Brazilian bar collection.
Ella's Tasting Notes: The chocolate melts immediately, releasing a flavor reminiscent of a rich malted chocolate milk, along with notes of muscat grape. The grape notes are accompanied by a moderate astringency similar to grape skins. It is accompanied by the acidity of sweet lime blended with overtones of raw sugar. There is also a linguring rich sweet flavor of naturally dried banana with orange marmalade.
