Jello Molded Cranberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple and syrup - 8oz can

1 package raspberry flavored gelatin - 3 oz

1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce - 14 oz

1 cup drained, mandarin oranges

Zest from 1 orange and dice

1. Drain the syrup from the pineapple can into a 2 cup measuring cup

2. Add boiling water to equal one and 1/4 cup.

3. Transfer to a large bowl.

4. Dissolve the raspberry flavored gelatin into into the hot syrup mixture in the bowl

5. Allow to cool for an 90 minutes or until partially set

6. Fold the cranberry sauce, orange zest, mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple into the mix

7. Pour into a 4 cup mold of your choice and chill two hours or more to set.

Place on a plate and remove the mold so you can see it jiggle. Serve as is or add whipping cream
