2 medium ripe tomatoes - cored and medium diced
1 large clove of garlic - peeled and shopped fine
1/2 white or red onion, diced fine
6 cilantro sprig (stem and leaves) - chopped
juice of one lime
salt to taste

How to Make Fresh Tomato Salsa:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir gently and add more salt and lime juice as needed. 3. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
