Elderflower Sorbet Recipe

Elderflower syrup can be used as a mixer for cocktails - but it also can be used as a base for a quick sorbet.

2 cups Elderflower Syrup
1 cup water
2 lemons - juiced

1.Mix syrup and water and lemon juice together, and place into ice cream maker and place bowl in freezer and make according to manufacturers recommendations.
