What kinds of ingredients and recipe will I recieve with my membership?

We sell only the highest quality ingredients that you can find -- and our Tapas Club Kits are no exception. We want to make sure that, not only the recipes we provide with the kits come out delicious and amazing, but that you end up with a new high-quality pantry by the end of the six months as well.  We want you to not only be happy the day the kit arrives, but happy for month to come afterwards as well. We don't include the fresh ingredients, but all the fresh ingredients are available in any grocery store any time of the year - with few exceptions. All the recipes are designed by our chef instructors, and are tested to be quick and fool-proof, and do not require you to search all over the universe for the fresh ingredients that are not included.

Do you send a wide variety of ingredients?

Every month we send you the needed products to make the recipe(s) include with the kit.  We assume that you still have some of the pantry ingredients from your prior kits - like olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper - because who needs 6 bottles of olive oil over 6 months, right?  We have designed the 6 kits to fit together seemlessly, each recipe building on the last. We do not repeat a monthly selection throughout the 6 months - although there are some repeat ingredients from time to time. Perfect!

How large is each monthly selection?

Kit includes enough ingredients to make the recipe(s), which typically serve 4-6 people, depending on your appetite.

How are the products shipped?

We ship via UPS or USPS (for Alaska and Hawaii).  As all the products are non-parishable, therefore we generally ship via UPS ground. Membership price includes the cost of shipping. There is a $1.99 handling charge with each shipment.

Can I choose the products that are received?

Part of the fun of club membership is the element of surprise. Each kit is carefully designed around 1-3 recipe(s).  So, while you cannot specify in advance what products or recipes you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is personallly designed and selected by us for you based on taste, purity and providence - just like all the products that we sell every day.

What if I don't like one of the recipes?  Do you have a guarentee?

Your satisfaction is our business.  If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and, the the case of a club membership, receive a pro-rated refund. The amount will depend on what has already shipped, and what price you paid for the membership to begin with. 

How long are the memberships?

The Tapas Club Membership is 6 months - for a total of 6 monthly kits. The Tapas Subscription also runs for 6 months.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a gift message?

Of course.  When you place your order, you will have the choice to include a gift message with the first kit that goes out.  You can also print your own gift announcement from the confirmation email that goes out to you when you first place your order.

How do you ship your kits?

We ship via UPS and USPS.

Do you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?

Sorry, no.  We can only ship to residential and business addresses at this time.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We can only ship our membership kits within the 48 US states at this time.  If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, the Tapas Club is the only option, and there will be an additoinal surcharge to cover the increased cost of delivery. Please call us if you would ike to order a Club Membership to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The entire membership is charged when the first kit ships, with the exception of the $1.99 monthly handling fee, which is charged monthly. If purchasing a subscription, you will be charged for each kit as it ships.

Do you offer corporate discounts?
