If you're ever unhappy with our service, call or email us and we'll do everything we can to make you happy. If for some reason, you're still not satified, you may cancel the remainder of your membership or subscription at any time and for any reason. No fine print, no excuses. If you purchased a prepaid membership, you'll receive a prompt refund for any unshipped merchansize, pro-rated based on what has already been shipped, what you paid for the membership, and what promotional or voucher program you purchased through if you didn't purchase directly from us, and no additional kits will be sent. If you signed up for a subscription, your subscription will be cancelled, and no additional kits will be sent.
