Delicious! Used on Ottolenghi's Zucchini with Rose Harissa but no need to stop there. Great with tofu or on pita with hummus and eggplant. Scrambled eggs, too.

Well Worth Tracking Down!
Chef Shop was the best source I found for Belazu Rose Harissa, which Chef Yotam Ottolenghi recommended. I've used it for his and other recipes and it's the perfect blend of spice and delicate not quite sweetness. The subtlety of this harissa is unique.
