Ayo Preserved Sardinian Mushrooms
180 gram jar - Sardinia, Italy
Perfect topping to a bowl of freshly made (Bigoli) pasta. Just warm on the stove top until desired temp (dont overcook), and add, juice and all, to pasta. Top with some freshly chopped italian pasley and serve. Presto! A hearty vegan pasta dish in a flash. If you want to fancy it up and add more color, add some chopped-up semi-sondried tomatoes, or throw in some (well-rinsed) salted capers.
