Ambrosia Salad Recipe

Crazy easy to make. Crazy super sweet. The original recipe was just some combination of fruit and coconut, no dairy. 

1. Put the cream and sugar into the bowl a stand mixer, or place in a bowl and use a handmixer. Use the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks are formed.

2.  Add the sour cream and whisk to combine.

3. Add the marshmallows, orange pineapple, coconut pecans, and cherries and gently fold together to combine.

4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for two hours minimum before serving.

Alternately, you can you can transfer to a serving dish and then chill.
