I've never been a big fan of orange marmalade, but I love ginger. And this ginger marmalade is the cat's meow!

This is a superior ginger marmelade; other ginger jams don’t compare. It’s both spreadable and chunky: perfect! I am so glad that ChefShop carries it, because it’s hard to find.
