We welcome your comments about our products and our Web Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of ChefShop.com. Product Pricing and Product Discount Information
The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in our retail or other online stores. If you are in the U.S. or Canada Web Site prices will be displayed in U.S. Dollars. Elsewhere Web Site prices will generally be displayed in US Dollars. The prices displayed in our printed catalogs are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
For full-price products, "Suggested Price" or "Sugg. Price" refers to the manufacturers' suggested retail price. "Our Price" refers to the everyday value price we offer to our customers. For sale products (identified by pricing in red), "Suggested Price" or "Sugg. Price" refers to the most recent selling price. "Sale" refers to the reduced price we are offering to our customers.
Product pricing changes frequently. Although we do our best to fulfill orders at the originally ordered price, from time to time we must cancel orders due to exceptional price changes or lack of product availability.
Occasionally we offer product discounts that we refer to as “special discounts”, “volume discounts”, “newsletter discount”, “inbox discount”, “frequent buyer discount”, “discount coupon code”, “discount coupon”, “product discount” or just any kind of “discount”, really. Although there are exceptions, these discounts are rarely “additive”, meaning we usually do not allow customers to take multiple discounts on a single order. Also, product discount offers may be for a limited period of time only.
Special offers, including volume discounts, often do not apply to particular products or product categories. In particular, many of our standard discounts do not apply to fresh products, such as Fresh Cherries, Parmigiano-Reggiano or Salmon.
Special Offers
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as "special offers" or "special offer". This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers usually come as with a "coupon code". You are not allowed to apply multiple coupon discounts to a single order, and many discount coupons may not be used more than once by a single customer (one-time use). Special offers and coupon offers may be for a limited time only.

Product Information; Limitation on Quantities
Excluding any content, which may be submitted by Members from time to time, we endeavor to ensure that the information on the Site is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain errors, including but not limited to pricing, typographical, or other inaccuracies, which we may correct without liability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged). We do not guarantee that all products described on our Site will be available.

We are part of ChefShop.com which includes our stores on both Amazon and Yahoo. ChefShop.com is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of contact information you share with us (the phrase contact information means any information by which you can be contacted or identified, such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, etc.). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review, correct and opt out of our use of, the information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about you in our store and through our websites and mobile applications. We may share contact information and other data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with any ChefShop.com.
In certain instances we may disclose your contact information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities that may be causing injury to you, to ChefShop.com or to others. We may also disclose your contact information when we believe the law or legal process requires it.
The Monthly Subscription Contract Between You And Us
By purchasing a month-to-month subscription (or club membership,) you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment schedule and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically continued for successive monthly periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must logon to your account or email us (Subscriptions @ ChefShop.com) and we will cancel the subscription for you. You may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. ChefShop.com may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Receipt of such notice will not affect charges submitted before ChefShop.com could reasonably act.
For numerous month subscriptions your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, you may not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period that has not been fulfilled. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
Opting Out Of Marketing And Transfers; Updating and Deleting Information About You
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive direct marketing from us or from our Select Partners, or if you would like to opt out of our rental or exchange of your information with other marketers, please let us know. In the U.S., you can call us at 800.589.0885 or send us an email us at ShopKeeper @ ChefShop.com. Outside of the U.S., you can call us at 1.206.286.9988 or send us an email ShopKeeper @ ChefShop.com. Please be sure to include your full name, email address, mailing address, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, mailing address or other contact information with us please contact us the same way.
You may also follow the directions at the bottom of all email advertisements to be removed from future email updates.
Please note that any requests to remove or update your contact information may take up to five days for your email request and 6-8 weeks to process your postal mail request.
International Customer Privacy
For international shipping orders, ChefShop.com uses United Parcel Service, FedEx or the US Postal Service - but USUALLY USPS. When we identify that your order is one that will be shipped internationally, we work with one of our service providers to complete your order. On the checkout page, you will be required to submit credit card and contact information (name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number) to complete your order. Once you place your order, you will be prompted to check the box to indicate if you would like to receive information from ChefShop.com regarding offers and promotions that may be available from time to time. If you check the box, ChefShop.com will protect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you choose to provide ChefShop.com with your information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States.
Cookies
When you visit our web sites, we send one or more cookies to your computer or other device. We may also use cookies in emails that you receive from us. A cookie is a small data file that is placed on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a web site. A session cookie expires immediately when you end your session (i.e., close your browser). ChefShop.com take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web sites are general audience sites. We do not permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

Our web sites may contain links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked web sites may be different from our privacy policy. You access such linked web sites at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked web site before disclosing any of your information on such web site.
Policy Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our web sites, as applicable. Those changes will go into effect on the effective date posted in the notice and at the end of the revised Privacy Policy. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web sites and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
